At Rustic Roots Pantry, we want things to be simple and stress-free.

Subscriptions

When you subscribe to one of our monthly offerings, such as Front Porch Notes from Mama T, Pull Up A Chair & Stay Awhile, or Happy Mail from Mama T, you'll receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription you selected.

Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged according to your subscription plan unless you choose to cancel.

You may cancel or manage your subscription at any time through the links provided in your order confirmation email or by contacting us directly.

Any subscription already processed or delivered for the current billing period cannot be refunded.

Digital Products

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, including ebooks, digital downloads, and digital subscription content, all sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Happy Mail & Physical Products

Happy Mail subscriptions are mailed on or about the 30th of each month.

Physical products are typically shipped within 3 business days of ordering. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll contact you with an updated shipping estimate.
