Digital Products
All ebooks, digital cookbooks, downloadable guides, and other digital products are generally nonrefundable once the files have been delivered or accessed, except where required by law.
If you experience a problem downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact us. We're happy to help!
Physical Products
We accept eligible return requests within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Personalized or made-to-order merchandise may not be eligible for returns due to a change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
Please contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are nonrefundable except where required by applicable law.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
